PAYMENTS

​Payments for recurring weekly lessons are processed in advance during the first week of each month for the following 4 lessons. Billing cycles are occasionally adjusted to accommodate certain national holidays and/or the nature of the Gregorian calendar. 

 

Payments are processed via automatic credit card transactions on a monthly basis for weekly recurring lessons. Individual lessons may be purchased and scheduled at the student’s discretion, but will not guarantee a recurring weekly timeslot.  Weekly students on automatic payment take priority on a first come first serve basis. 

 

Payments are non-refundable with the exception of teacher absence, serious bodily injury, or national holidays.

MISSED LESSONS AND RE-SCHEDULING POLICY

Lessons may be rescheduled with 24-hour notice. Lessons missed without notice are not eligible to be rescheduled. It is the student or parent’s responsibility to reschedule lessons. Please attempt to reschedule your lesson through the website before contacting us directly.

The student and/or parents are responsible for being aware of and keeping up with scheduling.  Reminders are not sent except for the first lesson, and certain holidays. 

​

Make-up Lessons are subject to teacher availability, not guaranteed and are not eligible to be refunded. Make-up time must be scheduled within the trimester in which they are missed and cannot be rolled over between trimesters.

 

​​WITHDRAWAL FROM WEEKLY LESSONS

 

Withdrawal from weekly lessons must be submitted in writing with at least 48 hours' notice prior to the billing date to avoid being billed in advance for the following month. Lessons are transferrable to another student that is not already enrolled.

GENERAL POLICIES

​

Students, parents, and/or guests will not hold Event Network or Casey Morgan Music accountable for any bodily injury sustained before, during, or after lessons unless due to unlawful negligence.

​

Please do not attend lessons if the student is sick as we keep a clean environment and do not want to spread illness to the teacher or other students.  

​

The teacher reserves the right to cancel lessons at any time. In the case of a teacher's absence, students have the the option to have the lesson rescheduled or refunded.

​

No pets are allowed in the studio.

No weapons of any kind are allowed on the premises.

​No smoking within 25 feet of the building.  If you must smoke please dispose of butts in a proper receptacle.
