PAYMENTS

​Payments for recurring weekly lessons are processed in advance during the first week of each month for the following 4 lessons. Billing cycles are occasionally adjusted to accommodate certain national holidays and/or the nature of the Gregorian calendar. 

 

Payments are processed via automatic credit card transactions on a monthly basis for weekly recurring lessons. Individual lessons may be purchased and scheduled at the student’s discretion, but will not guarantee a recurring weekly time slot.  Weekly students on automatic payment take priority on a first come first serve basis. 

 

Payments are non-refundable with the exception of teacher absence, serious bodily injury, or national holidays.

MISSED LESSONS AND RE-SCHEDULING POLICY

Lessons may be rescheduled by 6pm the day proir to your scheduled lesson. Lessons missed without notice are not eligible to be rescheduled or credited. It is the student and/or parent responsibility to be aware of and keep up with scheduling. It is the student and/or parent responsibility to reschedule lessons. Please attempt to reschedule your lesson through the website before contacting us directly. Lesson reminders are optional on your Opus1 portal.

Make-up Lessons are subject to teacher availability, not guaranteed and are not eligible to be refunded. Make-up lessons must be scheduled within 90 days of which they are missed.

 

​​WITHDRAWAL FROM WEEKLY LESSONS

 

Withdrawal from weekly lessons must be submitted in writing with at least 48 hours' notice prior to the billing date to avoid being billed in advance for the following month. Lessons are transferrable to another student that is not already enrolled.

GENERAL POLICIES

​

Students, parents, and/or guests will not hold Rocky Mtn Music Den accountable for any bodily injury sustained before, during, or after lessons unless due to unlawful negligence.

​

Please do not attend lessons if the student is sick as we keep a clean environment and do not want to spread illness to the teacher or other students.  

​​

In the case of a teacher's absence, students have the option to have the lesson rescheduled or refunded.

​

No pets are allowed in the studio.

No weapons of any kind are allowed on the premises.
